Your entry and presence at the event constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with A Conversation with Jill Biden and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.
You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done with this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

VIP PACKAGES
If A Conversation with Jill Biden VIP Package is purchased, tickets will be distributed based on your elected delivery method. Any items that are included in the package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at a designated VIP check in location that will be given to you in advance of the show day.
Pick up on the date of the event only. CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME INFORMATION WILL BE EMAILED OUT BY THE TOUR 3-5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF THE SHOW. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately.
All packages are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE. All sales are final. You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER NAME on this order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER name on the order will be turned away.
VIP ticket buyers will be subject to security screening. You will be required to provide personal information such as your social security number, date of birth, and current address. You will also be required to sign a waiver & release of liability.
Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. A Conversation With Jill Biden VIP Packages CANNOT BE RESOLD OR TRANSFERRED. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred.
